Falmouth Realtors rock! How cool is this: we agents have added another weekly tour of homes priced at $1,000,000 and up.
We meet in the Staples parking lot at 8:45 on Thursday. Since the new tour is by price, we go all over scouting out the new listings, unlike the weekly MLS tour which is organized by neighborhood with one section of town per week.
It remains to be seen if there will be enough new inventory over $1,000,000 to sustain this tour, but for now, it’s a lot of fun and very useful.
