Love this house! It’s a gracious, renovated, 4-bedroom, 4-bath home with a great floor plan and an appealing setting. The landscaping particularly charms me – there are lots of big rocks and evergreens, creating outdoor “rooms” that are private. There’s also deeded access to the small private beach on Great Bay, perfect for a quiet afternoon or paddle around the pond. Bel Mar, the neighborhood, is tucked between Great Bay and Green Pond, so it’s still just minutes from Main Street but feels quiet. I think the price is a bit high, but in this market, who knows? We’ll see if it’s still available in a few weeks.
