Two seconds earlier, these turkey were actually prancing down the crosswalk!
Come With Me to Work, Part 1
Here are some of the homes I’ve been showing lately:
December in Falmouth

This is such a festive month around town. Highfield Hall is decorated and sparkling; the first weekend of December kicked off the season with caroling at Nobska, Santa’s arrival by boat, the lighting of the green, and the annual holiday parade; and the following Sunday was the very popular West Falmouth Library House Tour.
This year, I was a docent at 81 Hawks Way. It’s always fun seeing these wonderful homes and their festive decorations while supporting such a good cause.
May your holiday season be warm and bright. Peace in this world begins with each of us…blessings to you and yours![/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
Handel’s “Messiah”
The “Messiah” sing last Friday night at the First Congregational Church was an experience like no other. I was a newbie, but clearly most of the other 200 or so choristers had done this before.
With the Falmouth Chorale and Falmouth Chamber Players Orchestra led by John Yankee, this was a musical and spiritual experience to remember. The rafters of this venerable church reverberated with the majesty of this iconic Handel score.
Wow! Don’t miss this next year!
Turkeys Attack Falmouth Postman Every Day
Cape Cod Wave is an online magazine dedicated to all things Cape Coddy. The articles are imaginative, the writing superb, and the photos sublime.
In the last issue, they had a hilarious video of turkeys and the postman on Walker Street, which went massively viral – to the Today Show, Jimmy Fallon, and the CBS Evening News. If you missed it, take a look here or watch the video below.
