If you had a warm bowl of clam chowder last week, this might have been the guy who made it possible. Yes, the clam diggers are out there, regardless of how chilly the air and water are, digging clams for us. Unsung heroes!

As my regular readers know, 2014 was a busy year for me. The spring market is usually our best, but I was fortunate that the momentum continued for me throughout the year.
All closings are wonderful. They represent a moment in time of a new beginning for people, with the hope and (yes) trepidation that leaping into the unknown engenders. And truth be told, regardless of financial circumstances, a house purchase is a big chunk of change. It’s the tangible hope for good times, good friends, and a great Cape Cod life.
