The parking lot was about 90% full, and there were lots of happy people strolling and dogs running and leaping on this lovely Cape Cod afternoon.

Nothing attests more to the renewed health of Little Pond – thanks to the oyster beds – than the shell remnants of this seagull feast!

Windfall keeps customers at a respectful distance yesterday with a “Wait behind this line” at each checkout. (By the way, the produce was beautiful and corned beef and cabbage dinner enticing!)

The lovely golden glimmer over Little Pond tonight, breaking out of the heavy clouds, seemed like a promise from the Universe.
