Starry Starry Night at the First Congregational Church
Here’s the encore from the Greater Falmouth Community Chorus holiday concert at the Congregational Church on the village green this past Sunday. As we Falmouthites know, our own Katherine Lee Bates was the composer for “America the Beautiful”, and well, it’s not “Sweet Caroline”, but it is kind of the town anthem. It was a stirring moment to raise this song to the rafters! Kudos to the singers, accompaniers, and director. They start preparing for the Spring concert soon.

Bunker Family Annual Xmas Tree Sale, West Falmouth
The Bunker Family Xmas Tree Farm, West Falmouth Highway, is 40 years this year, and going stronger than ever! Andrew says he wishes they had more trees to meet demand. What a surprise to go down a driveway on WFH and find acres of trees growing by a pretty pond. You wouldn’t know unless you know. Hours are Sat & Sun, 10am-4pm through Christmas.
But if a “cut your own Christmas Tree farm” isn’t your thing (or if you can’t make it on a weekend), you can swing by the West Falmouth Market a mile or so down the road and buy one of theirs.
