The other first-place contender is this classic, charming antique with almost THREE acres that abut conservation land donated by this seller. The setting and the land are exquisite. As soon as I drove up, I pictured a family with kids and their friends having a ball on the property – running, playing, climbing trees, creating imaginary worlds. In addition, there’s an amazing barn with an apartment, family room, and studio. Plus a new, separate garage. And, and, and…

 

This house is also on a small dirt road and directly on the water. The difference is that this one has its own 100-foot dock. It’s been completely renovated in great taste, and the views are wonderful. In addition, it has a hot tub, gazebo, and a deck of probably 100 feet – lots of fun for you and your friends. Here’s where I first thought about the party house concept for this newsletter. The house is big – 5,180 s.f. (not including the lower level), with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and stunning ocean and Vineyard views. It has its own dock, sauna, party deck – you name it! The only caution is that there are lots of stairs. But that also affords lots of places for lots of people to be spending time without tripping over each other.
