Cape buyers will pay fair prices, but rarely will they pay more than they feel a home is worth.

Bel Mar, the neighborhood, is tucked between Great Bay and Green Pond, so it’s still just minutes from Main Street but feels quiet. I think the price is a bit high, but in this market, who knows? We’ll see if it’s still available in a few weeks.
