In this season of decorating delight, here are 12 days of home staging for the season, one each day. You’ll see I love lots of natural elements, and like to layer textures, shapes, and materials. Or just highlight a gorgeous amaryllis glowing with the warmth of the late afternoon sun. Enjoy this most lovely time of year!
Holiday Stroll, Falmouth Village, 12/8/18
The Queen’s Buyway owners put together a very
popular petting zoo. Here’s spontaneous love!
It captures holidays, magic, childhood,
innocence all in one moment!
Through the window at Vagabond View – wine,
music, an old-time Christmas scene.
Howlingbird Colors
The moment the switch is flipped! I wonder who the
person is who has this joyful responsibility…
Santa was very popular, and everywhere around
town today, from arriving by boat in the
harbor this morning, to the Green tonight. I
bet he’ll be at the parade tomorrow too. Busy guy!
Yes, I do take this same photo every year, the
Chanukia (menorah) and the tree. Tonight
was the seventh night of Hanukkah.
A new perspective of the tree – inside, looking up.
Sights and sounds from the Falmouth Village Green.
The brass choir was great, and can you see
the reflection of the tree in the tuba?
North Falmouth ON!
Eversource in North Falmouth at Quaker and Curley, 9:30 AM Thursday. Almost there to you who are still waiting…
(No) Power Lunch
Buffalo chicken, pasta pesto and Caesar salad! Yum, who needs juice?
Chappy Inspiration
This contrast of textures and wonderful colors makes me want to duplicate it at home. Pillows, accessories, stuff, I’m itching to do some fresh springly decorating!
