This is a highlight of my winter every year, love this sale! It’s pretty crazy, and I spend way too much, but the bargains are real and the quality is high. I don’t go with specific items in mind, as it’s really just stuff in bins. But at the end of an hour, I leave with lots of authentic Black Dog clothing and accessories at a fraction of the regular price. This is a true warehouse sale!

Often when a house has been redone, I don’t love the finish/fixtures choices – but this one gets the Ms. Fussy stamp of approval. The other two things I really like about it are that there are windows all around the open floor plan, so it’s really cheery even on a dull winter day; and it’s got a nice big backyard for soccer games, chicken coops, whatever you like. The drawback is that the messy exterior of the house across the street will be a turnoff for some buyers.
