Power Guys Having a Power Meeting
At the end of three long days, the guys were going over work accomplished and what’s on for tomorrow. We so appreciate their dedication, work ethic, and skills. Thank you! You guys really are power-ful!
Menauhant Beach, 4:00 PM, 10/17/19
Storm has mostly died down, although it’s still gusty. This is high tide/full moon at Menauhant, no beach left, and the surf is formidable. Power is still out in some places, and there are live wires down in many places, including south of Main St and Davisville Rd. Lots of downed trees.
Horseshoe Carcasses, Why?
I recently found a line of horseshoe carcasses in the wrack line on the beach near Green Pond. Does anyone know why they would have washed up here?
Don’t Need No Mountains!
Driving along Rte. 495 between Exits 2 and 3 is like being inside a kaleidoscope. The road curves, the colors envelope the car, it’s a wow!
