Spent an afternoon hearing about the magic the designers at Design No.5 conjure in the homes they stage. I’m a fan! The cost is always brought back in the stronger selling price. The challenge is getting sellers to understand that. I think a certain level of sophistication is required – or maybe just a lot of hours with HGTV!
And we have, planted in its own garden by the library and Mullen Hall School, the one, the only, the original cupola that once graced the roof of the Hall School. That’s some cupola!
