It all started with this rusty thing I’ve been carrying from house to house, never finding the right place to put it up, but liking it too much to move it along to someone else. I also wanted a shady place to sit on hot summer days. So I moved the chaises to the space under the deck, hung up the rusty things, and let my sidekick Rita go to town creating this hideaway. It’s magical! And cool, in more ways than one.

Sometimes you come across the most unexpected sights near the Shining Sea bike path. Today the red bus caught my eye, and when I detoured over to see what was going on, I found Falmouth’s finest doing a water rescue drill. Cool!
Did you ever notice the license plates around here that advertise the grandparent nickname? From Nonnie to Grams to Poppy, there are lots of proud statements. I thought this was equally cute, and there’s no mistaking who “Bamps” is!
