Thursday afternoon my 10 year old grandgirl persuaded me to get tickets for that night’s Bruins-Maple Leaf game. I did, she excitedly made a poster, and we were setting off for TD Garden when we found out the game was in Toronto. A new family story was born- Katie and Grammy’s Great Playoff Misadventure. And I learned that it’s probably a good idea to check on facts emanating from a 10 year old, especially when they involve large amounts of money!
This contrast of textures and wonderful colors makes me want to duplicate it at home. Pillows, accessories, stuff, I’m itching to do some fresh springly decorating.

Once the shed was emptied so the floor could be painted, it was calling out to become a she-shed, no longer a dumping place for stuff. Rita and I played around yesterday; here’s the start.
