Like New Silver Beach, there’s a lovely sandy private beach, place for your kayaks and canoes, and tennis. This house is quite dated, however, and has a floor plan that had me wondering how I would make it work better. If you want to have some fun, click on the house and look at the pink bathroom.

This is a great comp for Alder Lane (above) because they’re both in Wild Harbor Estates, and this house is priced only a small amount higher. This definitely has a better floor plan and an additional 500 s.f. It’s decorated with that “Florida” flavor, so that will either appeal or not. The other limitation is there’s no garage, and probably not anyplace to add one.

Was showing a home in Pine Bay yesterday. Introduced the buyers to Little Island Beach, private for Pine Bay homeowners. It was like being in a movie, is all I can say.
