This is my listing, and it’s so appealing and in such great shape that I confess, I did think about buying it myself. Love this house! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1,727 sf, it’s got space, and it’s all in nice condition. The land extends around the house and to the street behind the house, so there’s lots of privacy even though it’s in a neighborhood. The pool is a happy bonus. The drawback is that it’s close to the high tension wires that run through Hatchville.

What a great renovation this 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,633 sf home has had, both inside and out! It’s very appealing, including a carefully-designed and tended yard that makes the most of a very small lot. Some buyers may not like that the way the house is currently furnished, the main bedroom is open loft space upstairs, but there are other options if that doesn’t appeal. Nice beaches and access to the water, both for kayaking and boating over to the Vineyard. or Washburn Island.
