The limitation for some buyers is that the bedrooms are upstairs. But if that’s not an issue, the condition and price of the home, and the financial stability of Falmouthport, are very appealing.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,428 sf house has been redone, top to bottom, inside and out, and looks good! Often when a house has been redone, I don’t love the finish/fixtures choices – but this one gets the Ms. Fussy stamp of approval. The other two things I really like about it are that there are windows all around the open floor plan, so it’s really cheery even on a dull winter day; and it’s got a nice big backyard for soccer games, chicken coops, whatever you like. The drawback is that the messy exterior of the house across the street will be a turnoff for some buyers.
