Chappy. Oh my, it was out of this world! Really ‪‎windy‬, so the kite-surfers were flying, the waves crashing, a surfeit of sensations – sight, sound, smell. Glorious, is all I can say. So fortunate to live here and to be able to do stuff like this.

Class was led by Michele at Michele Netto Yoga, who teaches a variety of classes in and around ‪‎Falmouth‬ and ‪Mashpee‬. Were the kite-surfers distracting? You betcha, and didn’t I love being distracted by them!
